Select the Place Cable tool

Activate the Plan View

Select a Feature Definition in Place Cable's dialog box

Select a Cable Feature Definition (type of Cable to Place)

Optionally: fille Name Prefix and Item Type data (in case there is an associated Item Type)

Optionally: uncheck the Show Cable toggle, if the cable should not be displayed

Select an Equipment (From) by selecting the Equipment's Connection Region or it's cell origin

Optionally: Place data-points in the Plan View to add breakpoints to the Cable

Select an Equipment (To) by selecting the Equipment's Connection Region or it's cell origin

Cable will be inserted
